Do you play in art swaps?

I love to play in art swaps.  I've been swapping art through the mail for at least 10 years now.  Even though many Yahoo groups aren't as active as they once were, I do participate in the swaps in a couple of groups.  I've hosted many swaps, too & it's a lot of work, but also great fun.

The ATC above & the ones below are for a Very Vintage ATC swap in the Red Lead Paperworks group.  You can join the group of Swap Sisters by going to the "Community" link from the shop home page.  I always make one more ATC than I have to send in so I have one of my own from each swap.  For this swap, the little art girl had to stay here with me in my studio.  All the images I used for these ATCs are from Red Lead.

How about you?  Do you play in art swaps?  I'd love to read your comments.

  1. I've only swapped a couple of times, and that was quite a while ago...but I was just looking at those ATCs and tags last night and thinking I need to give it another shot. :)

BTW, I love the touch of metal on your ATCs!

  3. These ATCs are really lovely, and some of the stamps you´ve used are still on my shopping list - how I wish RL would ship to Germany again!

  4. Hi, Debbie, I'm a new follower. I found you via Red Lead. I've been a group member for a while, but have been too busy with other projects to join a swap, until now. I love your very vintage ATCs here. Wonderful! Really great work, and a true style that is conveyed in all of them. Like a signature. Can't wait to see more as I follow you!
