Ribbon Rainbows

I certainly cannot get enough of this ribbon dyeing thing...and hopefully it still interests you, too.  I have just listed 4 limited edition "Ribbon Rainbows" in my Etsy shop, KittenCreates.  Each collection is unique as it consists of 9 pieces of my hand dyed ribbon, with each piece being approximately 1 yard long.

Due to the way I dye the ribbons, I can get close in color from time to time, but I don't get the exact same color again...so if you need more than a yard per color, the original ribbons are the way to go.  But since variety is the spice of life...I'll be offering these rainbows of ribbons from time to time.

I recently added some new color combos to my original ribbon assortment, too.  How about Ice Cream Sundae?  These colors look yummy enough to eat.
Or maybe some Mixed Berries are more your style.
I hope you'll pop on over to my shop to see if any of these ribbons are ones you need...and I have some handcrafted charms, jewelry & book thongs, too.

Don't forget that my friend Melody is having a giveaway of 2 sets of my original ribbons on her blog.  Today she posted pix & instructions for a mobile she created using my ribbons.  Be sure to go over there to enter to win...just leave a comment on her blog post from the link above by Monday, May 23rd...she will announce the winners on May 24th.  Best of luck to all of you!

  1. Your dyeing process is lovely!

  2. Her ribbons are lovely, too! I bought three sets last week and am thrilled with them! Can't wait to create!

  3. Hi Ohio friend - your quote at the top is so funny! Love your ribbon you dye - I have got to try it. You sound like the wallpaperers...get it all at once - each lot can be different! If only I could retain the fabulous things I see on blogs. Hope you have warmed up in O H I O and it's stopped raining. xo Nancy
