Time for a WASHI TAPE Giveaway!

It's no secret that my latest obsession...well, one of them...is washi tape.  I can't seem to get enough of the stuff.  And my favorite Etsy shop for buying washi tape is MechaKucha808.  Nancy has such a wonderful assortment of tapes & other fun stuff & has recently started designing her own line of exclusive washi tape.  The 2 rolls above were her first and are called "KEALOHA".  I love these tapes...you might remember this little card I made using them...
Since I like them so much, I thought you would, too...so I'm having a little blog GIVEAWAY!
To enter to win these 2 rolls of washi tape, simply answer these questions...
What patterns and/or colors do you wish you could find in washi tape?  What is missing from what is currently available?  And...how do you use washi tape?
Be sure to leave CONTACT INFO in your comment...or make sure that you sign in so I have a way to reach you if you win.  So often, the comments that are left on my blog have a "No Reply" email, so I can't even respond to your comments.
Oh...and be sure to check out some other new tapes that are available at MechaKucha808...

You can find DA WAVE here...and Under the Sea here.
The contest is open through Sunday July 28th and I'll announce the winner on Monday July 29th.
Best of luck to all of you!

  1. Oh, dear, I love wash, too, but don't have nearly enough of it! I wish I had every color of polka dot and stripe, LOVE the vintage looking tapes, and NEED some ocean/ocean life tapes. Oops - I forgot that I need bird, nest, tree, and birdcage tapes, too.....Goodness! Please enter me in your give-away! xoxo

  3. Yay - Washi tape! So cool :) I found Nancy's Etsy Shop awhile ago (thanks to YOU!) and have already orderd some from her....great shop and service btw. Mostly I've been using it for decorating cards and packages but can't wait to try it for all kinds of things. Think I love the oceans themes the best.

  4. I wish I could find seahorses in Washi Tape. I use washi tape in cardmaking and mixed media I have some beach hoses to do for a swap and would use washi tape on them. Thankyou for letting me enter your giveaway. Hugs< Ina

  5. I love anything tropical or ocean themed. I will definitely go on Nancy's site to look see what is available these days. I need to learn how to use Washi tape in many different projects. If I could find the designs that call to me, I am sure I would learn to use it more. These 4 designs are awesome.

  6. I'm new to washi tape and I don't need another project but I love it. If I win, this will be my first exposure to washi tape and I can't wait to use it. If I don't win, I will buy some! Thanks for doing this Debbie.

  7. Love Washi, I don't have a lot but I use what I have on tags, cards, ATC's and to decorate water bottles for special events. I haven't seen a lot of purple in Washi and would LOVE to see gears, hot air balloons and steampunk themed washi. So sweet of you to have a give-away. I'll cross my toes since my fingers are always busy.

  8. I LOVE washi tape, but can't seem to find a floral/botanical that isn't "cutsie" (Kealoha is not cute, it's pretty and looks like lace). I'd use it in my Nature Journal. That's what I'm calling my collection of pressed flowers and leaves, along with notes about what I'm seeing on my walks in the woods and on the prairie at my new home.
    Thanks for the drawing, Girlfriend!

  9. Tami has left a new comment on your post "Time for a WASHI TAPE Giveaway!":

Oh, I just got my 'vote' in just in time! I love any and all washi tape but mostly love polka dots in red/white and would love to see olive green with white polka dots. I use the tape mostly as little accents on mixed media as a 'floor' and also as paper closures. Thanks so much!
